SINGAPORE/MANILA -- Southeast Asia's call centers and outsourcing companies are fighting high attrition rates by quickly adopting new technologies and offering hybrid work setups.

As the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry continues to expand its sites in the region, players like Singapore-based TDCX have set up their own human resource systems to cut the amount of money and time it costs to hire in today's competitive labor market.
