MANILA -- Philippine telecom companies have accused each other of flouting network interconnection agreements in a quarrel that comes amid intensifying competition in the industry.
Dito Telecommunity, the China Telecom-backed mobile challenger, slammed its bigger rivals PLDT and Globe Telecom over "anticompetitive behavior," saying calls by its subscribers to users on those networks hardly get through.
